Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan was born in 1981. Nicky is an Australian actor as well as model. She is best known for being Pepper Steiger on Neighbors, the soap that ran for 100 episodes from 2007 to 2006. Her Hollywood debut on two shows. One was Hollywood & Wine a musical comedy project that starred choristers where she was a young, aspiring actor. In the 9th season of Scrubs she played Maya who was a beautiful medical student. The series was suddenly halted. Following that, she was able to make the Farrelly brothers ' comedy called Good to Shoot. It was starred by Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress starred in short-form films, as well as B-Series movies. The year 2013 allowed her to be more visible in projects: she appeared in six episodes of the show detective Franklin and Bash then landed her first role as a regular in the web-based series Chosen which is portrayed by Milo Ventimiglia. In the series' first two episodes she has also provided an answer for Chad Michael Murray. Then she played a supporting role in two feature films that focused on planes. The first was a television film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500. It featured the actors of television shows. Another film can be seen in Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She is a pilot. But above all she shares the poster for a new TV show called Matador which she co-stars with Gabriel Luna. The season of 13 episodes is the only thing that's available for this Robert Rodriguez-produced thriller where the actors play CIA agents. A pilot of a different show that hasn't been successful, is still in development. In 2015 she therefore revealed the promo for a B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause later, she appeared in the humorous Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. She is also part of the very large production of the experimental Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. She has a role in five scenes of Satisfaction.
