Sheryl Underwood is an American actress, comedian and television host popular for her performance as the Talk's co-host for daytime. Sheryl was born in Arkansas and has been raised in Little Rock, Atwater and Atwater. Sheryl is part of a clan that has had a lot of troubles. Sheryl spent most of her youth helping her younger sister Frankie as she was a victim of polio. Growing up, she was plagued by problems with her mother. Sheryl states that in one instance her mother stabbed her father because he was becoming too close to her. Sheryl entered the military following her graduation from college.
