Arianna Huffington

Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington resides in the US. She is a Greek-American author, syndicated writer of columns as well as a businesswoman. She was the founder of The Huffington Post and the chief executive officer of Thrive Global. Author of fifteen books. Arianna Huffington is a TV host, journalist writer, philanthropist, and philanthropist for over ten years. Her role also includes being the proprietor of The Huffington Post, an independent, liberal online newsmagazine. Originally from Greece she was able to move to England at the age of 16 and completed her studies at Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. The famous debating society The Cambridge Union was her first presidency and she did it at the age of 21. After her graduation, she became an influential right-wing syndicated reporter. In the years after that she launched The Huffington Post which featured critiques of the current political landscape. Her fame has led to the attraction of many famous contributors who shared their views on current events, politics and culture. Arianna became famous after she decided to stand as an independent Candidate in the California Recall Election to replace the former governor Davis. In addition, she was also the leader of the Detroit initiative to promote fuel-efficient vehicles. Forbes listed her 12th in its list for the Most influential women in the media. Guardian also included the HuffingtonPost in their top 100 list in 2010. AOL Inc. made her the President of their media group in 2011 following the acquired The Huffington Post. The Huffington Post was joined by the other AOL brands, including Engadget AOLmusic Style list as well as Patch Media. Elli is the daughter of Konstantinos Stasinopoulos and Elli the other, both of whom are management consultants and journalists. She was very close with her father. However, it was her relationship with her mother which formed her. From her early years, she demonstrated leadership skills which are still widely admired. At the age of sixteen, she left America to United Kingdom and enrolled Girton College Cambridge. As a student, she joined the Cambridge Union, a college debate club. The third female president, and also the first foreigner she was the president of Cambridge Union. She graduated in 1972 with the degree of Master's in Economics. The career of TV host and journalist began after she graduated. In addition, along with Bernard Levin she appeared on the show Face the music.
